Mitchell: Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada; Mitchell is a 14 year old boy with autism. He enjoys snow skiing, horseback riding, swimming, skating and going to school, but his passion is for art. Autism makes it hard for Mitchell to interact with his peers, but his art work was a way for him to connect with his classmates. From a very early age he has been creating in his own unique style. Mitchell was influenced by his Elementary School CEA, (Artist), Edie Axselson and is currently taking art classes from (Artist), Beverly Rein at the Art Zone Studio. He is being encouraged to work in different mediums, but his favourite thing to draw is Disney characters. He draws pages and pages of disney scenes from books videos and the internet. As his family we are very proud of his creations and want to share it with others.
